Pros +
- Every thing was excellent from the recipients at front desk and staff in the hotel . Facilities were very exciting and food was very good.
- Location, scenery and the convenience of skiing. Unfortunately, there were not enough snow. The staff was also amazing.
- Great location
Cons -
- No thing
- Food was nothing special for the price. Breakfast buffet is too expensive for what is served and the "hot" food (eggs and potatoes) were cold on all three days we ate there.Faucets on our room were not working properlyThe shampoo and body wash were the same (very cheap move to the cost of the stayThe wifi was not working on any of my devices besides my cell phone (tablet and laptop)No driver service to the town (3 minutes away)Paying almost $1k per night, I didn't expect that I need to pay for daily parking, room service, and breakfast buffet
- Hidden costs, vacuuming at 23:00 in the hallway, pouring more alcohol than asked and then charging double the price…
