Hampton Inn & Suites Rifle

Location

The rooms were missing caulk around the bathroom fixtures and dirt had accumulated, the blinds were unable to open on one side, light bulbs were burned out. Breakfast was gone an hour early, to get more oatmeal she added hot water to the crusty sides.

The room was spacious

The pool was very cold. Honestly, it felt the same temperature as cold plunges I have done at other facilities. My children were in less than 5 minutes and couldn?t swim. Their lips were blue and they were shivering terribly. Staff were rude

Clean with comfortable bed and room. Very large room.

They had a brand new person at the front desk that couldn¿t handle 2 issues we had. 1: broken TV. 2: prepaid reservation that he charged me again for. His solution was to wait until someone came on the next day to resolve

Friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced.

Hotel was great, checking in was great, fresh cookies when you arrive, very yummy. Ha. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic staff very friendly and professional. Would recommend

The staff is very friendly but typical Colorado their presentation is very unprofessional.

The bed was not great, and few tv channels. No premium channels.

It was near Glenwood Springs and local supermarkets.

The rooms were nice although it was a little out-dated.

Then night gentleman was amazing but the day manager was rude and pushy. Cost me my conference call with work with continuing to call the room phone

cost me 300 dollars for work with insisting on my presence down stairs even though I asked for 25 minutes to finish up with work she would not comply and wait

The cleanliness was amazing

the staff was rude and pushy. I was on conference call with work and harassing me on the room phone about me bringing my drivers license down Since they failed to get a copy when I checked in. They also charged my card 5 dollars until it was zero

The room was clean and neat, very comfortable and spacious. The best part was the self serve hot breakfast, it was delicious and I¿m so glad they had it because many hotels stopped doing it due to covid.

Beautifully designed room. they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Hot breakfast was delicious. We will definitely choose a Hampton Inn again.

We were on the top floor and I could hear the vents on the roof making noise.

Clean and easy

The neighboring guests , constant slamming of doors past midnight, kids running and screaming in the halls , people trying to smoke in their rooms setting off the alarms.
