Comfort Inn & Suites Rifle

It was clean and the staff was pleasant

It was the worst coffee.

Breakfast was good

Room we were placed in did not meet our expectations. Room service staff not very dependable.

Breakfast and bed was comfortable

People next door kept slamming the doors

Carpet was stained, there was a musty smell in the room and the vending machines didn?t work

The hotel was clean, the staff was great, the rooms were comfortable had more in them than we expected. Really enjoyed our stay and will go there again. The complimentary breakfast was a full cooked meal and tasted great.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast options. The pool was warm and fun for the kids. We were happy we decided to stay here!

Easy access location. Desk staff seemed nice.

Room sink was clogged, shower head didn't spray enough water for a good shower.Door key/ reader didn't work. Advertised pool was not functioning. If had known pool was out of order would have booked at different location.

It's located in a convenient place.

The pool was coos d and was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The Ice machine was located right outside my door and beeped loudly every 2 seconds until 1:30 am keeping us awake. The milk they put out for breast was chunky and spoiled. Not happy

Breakfast pool the views

Nothing really

Location and cost

No plug for bathtub. Breakfast was a mess. Staff couldn't keep food in the chaffing dishes. Not near enough seating. Many people had to eat standing wherever they could find space. We, 2 of us, used stools and a window ledge for a table. No coffee

Breakfast and the pool

Hot tub very hot

The staff are what made our stay great. Everyone I encountered were professional and kind. The hotel amenities are average for this class of hotel, but I was super pleased with the treatment my family and I received. A+

Some of the furniture is getting tired enough to retire now or very soon.

The bed was firm and the shower had good water pressure.

The breakfast person was a little rough around the edges, but there are a lot of people like this in Rifle, so I wasn't surprised.

Standard hotel room, but fine. ¿¿. Overall what was expected.

Put up some towel racks in the bathroom! Hated that. Don¿t want them on the floor. ¿¿¿¿¿¿

No one informed me that the jacuzzi and pool were closed fofor painting!! That's what we wanted after a long day of hiking!! Very disappointed!!

Location was good

Trash left in can. Pool was closed. 3rd time we used your service and information was wrong. We prefer pool & spa. I know you don't control this but you need to have more updated information. Alot of $$ for bad amenities. Breakfast sucked very little food

Everything was warm and inviting, staff quite friendly and helpful, and if you had a 1st floor room you had 2 entries which was very handy! Located next to Al's Oasis and received 10% discount.

As always with any hotel breakfast, could be a little bit tastier

We realize that there is a staff shortage but we had to wait for a half hour get into our room. We didn¿t even check in early it was 3:30. The front desk person was had to leave us to check which rooms were clean. Will not stay there again.

Large rooms and great staff

Small pool

Quiet and comfortabke

Tub stopper was broken. Shower did not get all the water because the valve did not work. Faucet on tub went around all the way. Could not tell where hot and cold was.
