- There was a nice Taco Bell across the street w/ homeless people roaming around. The was a nice Sonic down the street where homeless people took food out of the trash and ate it. The City has a graffiti remediation van that roams around. Sheets were clean.
- The price. When other motels we¿re over $--- this motel was priced right for the one night stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and a good pillow

Cons -
- Not a 2.5 star hotel. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and had ashtray. Filthy blinds, empty pool. trash in parking lot, scary neighborhood, a room w/ broke window replaced w/cardboard, Aircon stunk/max out at 86deg. WiFi way too slow. No TV battery
- It¿s an old hotel and hard to maintain, I¿m sure. Because of its age it didn¿t have the electrical outlets expected in our modern age. The worst thing about it was completely out of the motel control was the Bandimere racing tryouts on Santa Fe drive
- The heater wasn't working and they provided me with a space heater. It was incredibly insufficient and it never got above 48 inside the room, which led to an uncomfortable night
