Staff is amazing. Hotel is very clean

Out dated and breakfast was carb based only

    10Verified guestPosted on: 9-2-2024

The front desk workers were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a pretty safe hotel for the star rating

It?s a little older hotel that needs a little cosmetic maintenance, but everything functioned. I?d stay here again.

Lady was Rudy and they ran out of breakfast ( milk) by 7 am.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-12-2023

    Nothing really to like.

TV didn't work. Roaches in the bathroom. Extremely unsecure.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-21-2023

    Clean

Too much chlorax used. Had a skin reaction, couldn't sleep. Need noise control. People in room nearby had TV or music extremely loud after 10:00 pm

    8JackPosted on: 5-21-2023

The staff was phenomenal I was extremely upset the hot tub is permanently closed. They helped me out with a room with one in it.

The fact that I only rented the room was for a hot tub. The advertisement was including a hot tub was deceitful and had I not got a room with one in it I would have cancelled the reservation. Up date the information

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-15-2023

Cleanliness, nice room, basic breakfast that had cereal, pastries, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, juice, milk and coffee

    Kinda of noisy.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-9-2022

The people at the guest services desk need to be better with guest.

I called Saturay around 5pm to let them know I would arriving late. The person who answered the phone hung up on me. I told her I was a guest of the hotel and she kept asking me that she could not give me the room information, I was not asking for that.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-8-2022

    Leaving.

I found bed bugs crawling in my bed. The room was very dark 3/5 of the lamps didn't work. Oh! Did I mention the bed bugs. There was no smoke detector in the room. Bed Bugs. Dirty rooms walls, floors, ceilings. B.E.D.B.U.G.S!

    1JacobPosted on: 2-7-2022

This is not what a hotel should be like. Blood on the bed blankets as well as multpule spots in the bathroom.

Hire new housekeeps because they arent doing theyre job

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-26-2021

Not bad. I previously lived around this location which has other and better rated hotels. Lots of homeless people were hanging out near this area now. A bit noisy during the night.

    3VickiePosted on: 10-24-2021

It was close to the hospital.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I have never been so disrespected or embarrassed. I had a friend of mine with me and she was completely dumbfounded by the way the lady spoke with me.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-8-2021

The young man cleaning rooms was most gracious and thorough. The laundry lady was polite.

Check-in shown as two. Arrived at four. The slovenly desk woman said we¿d have to wait until after five. She was very rude. Hotel and room is shabby. No one at desk for check-out at eight. Eventually found the same desk woman outside smoking. Bad form.

    Checking out

Water did not work in one room and water was coming out black in the other

Great staff!Good breakfast! Clean room! Plenty of parking!

    2MichaelPosted on: 7-8-2021

    The Waffle maker was nice

So dirty the room was disgusting Outside the door immediately on the ground covered in cigarette butts I'm talking hundreds. Pool was closed which online there is a typo making it not clear. Ask for a roll away bed and they say oh we gave that out a
