Had items stolen out of my truck. The person was seen on camera and the hotel staff did nothing about it. Will never stay again

The electrical plug in by the bed did not work. The coffee pot filter did not work, we were told they would fix it and they did not.

Very dated, curtains worn and falling off, microwave didn’t work, stains on comforter

Breakfast was ok for the price point, but fewer sugary options / more fresh fruit would be welcome.

The bedspread was dirty, the towels were old and some had strings hanging. The bar soap wasn't the best, but it worked.

Yes , people smoking in the front of the hotel area where you walk in. Need a designated area away from front door! Even the front desk person was smoking there :-(

Front desk staff was super friendly

Its almost as housekeeping left in a hurry before checking the room. Upon arrival the bathroom trash can was outside in the hallway, only one set of wash towels, one soap bar, and NO toilet paper. Hair on the tiles inside the bathtub

All of the staff was amazing, and super friendly.

The breakfast selection was very limited on Saturday. Only waffles (no syrup) and cereal, no breads ect.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Had a good night sleep and good breakfast.

Easy to get to, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and if you needed anything, they were very accommodating.Breakfast was very good.Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Keep having to go get your room key demagnetized to get in the outside door or room. Need to upgrade the card system!!

Spent 2 nights there. Three people. First night rec'd linens for 2. Told the housekeeper we needed linens for 3. got 4 washcloths and no clean towels or hand towels for the next night. left the dirty linens and full garbage can. Room not touched.

It was my first trip to the area and shops were within walking distance.

The hotel didn¿t have a lot welcoming atmosphere, only one staff visible.

Yes the sewage water that came through the ceiling from the bathroom in the unit above on to my wife standing in bathroom after shower. Staff moved us to different room. Manager had no response or show of concern.

They were flexible with our late check-in. Breakfast was ok given the stars

Hotel and rooms are very dated. They tried to freshen it up (ie. bath room shower) but it's not making a big difference. Its noisy at night, I could hear my neighbors heater turning on and off. Noisy at night (4am) outside the hotel (guests arriving?)

Smelled horrible, room was dirty- felt like I needed to shower after leaving. Curtains were so thin that anyone could look into my room and the car head lights would shine through. Worst experience ive had in a long time.

Location was cool, day staff was legit, and breakfast was cool.

Every thing was good except the night guy had the temperature of the overall building higher than hell it's self. I was burning up all night. It was ridiculously heated up. I had to take multiple trips outside just to cool down. I did not sleep all night.
