Having an omelet made to order was great. Staff cleaned the lobby constantly. Most of the staff was really nice.

Extended stay policy = room cleaned every 3 days. But in two weeks my room was cleaned once and I had to ask for it to be done. I paid about $--- to stay there but was not allowed a cup of cereal in the evening because it's for breakfast.

Hair was left in tub from previous guests. There was only one entrance to the hotel after 10pm but parking was behind the hotel not in the front where the entrance is located.

Complementary breakfast was great with made to order omelets. Coffee machine was a10+ you could make anything from black coffee to double espresso, cappuccino. And it was available 24/7. This was huge for us.

Hair in tub. $100 they said for an extra blanket which was a little odd I felt. Super dirty carpet off elevator.

Bed was concave couldn't sleep on the mattress bed was not firm at all. POOL & JACUZZI WASN'T WORKING it wss Under Construction and it didn't say that on the website either.

Made to order omelets were wonderful! Very spacious room.

No bathroom vanity. Just a sink on the wall and a stacking cart for accessories. Did not leave space for pur toiletries.

The cleanliness and price made this a great choice, in a safer area of Pueblo.

I was given a disability room, which was not what I reserved. I do not like the disability shower with the showerhead on a hose. The staff was blunt and not very friendly, but that seems to be the way people are in Pueblo.

While I loved how clean the hotel was, I didn't enjoy the strong cleaning solution smell in the lobby. It was so overpowering.

My sister's car was stolen from the parking lot, and of course there weren't any working cameras to catch it. They have security that drives around, but they didn't see anything either. Very frustrating situation, but the hotel staff was nice.

We stayed 2 nights. No one cleaned our room, emptied the trash or brought clean towels for the 2nd day.

Had to beg for towels, room had dirty towels in it when we checked in, also red mold growing on shower head that we had to clean ourselves.

The location was close to many options for late night food. The hotel offers free hot breakfast and is pet friendly. We accidentally left an important gift there and they found it and mailed it to us. So thankful for that!

The entire kitchen smelled overwhelmingly of gas and when I asked the front desk about it I was informed it was because the stoves were left on to be prepared for the morning.
