outdoor chairs out in the grass they mismatched like they came from a dumpster/. room very small/ plastic on frig had turned yellow it was so old/. shower head did not work

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff was super.

Our room was spacious & had An actual coffee maker, Fridge & microwave. Plenty of pillows, towels & TP . Included hot breakfast was very nice. Also enjoyed daily cookies & wine in the afternoon. Delightful!

Lights over mirror in bathroom too bright which makes using mirror difficult. Also, should keep a plunger in every room. I hate going and asking for one.

A basic hotel in a nice location one block from center of town. Nice relaxing outdoor area.

The location is great, right at the center of town. The view was spectacular from my upper-floor room. There is a cozy deck upstairs for lounging. The log cabin exterior is "campy" but feels in character with the town. There are great hosts.

I didn't care for the low-flow shower head - difficult to get the temperature right. There should also be a note about the water which is approximately 50% limestone.

Staff was genuinely nice and accommodating. Very clean great location.

Very cute, clean & quaint. owner is great. Easy walking distance to almost everything in town. Always appreciate free parking, wifi, breakfast & they also have complimentary wine & cheese nightly

Bed & pillows are not 100% comfortable but ok. Rooms are small but have a lot of nice little touches

This is a wonderful, affordable, owner-run business. It is meticulously clean, quiet and friendly. The owner bent over backwards to accommodate my husband and I during a busy time, taking the initiative to call me when a cancellation opened up.

Really, no. I would stay here again in a second.

We were visiting Ouray for the first time for my nephew's wedding and the Ouray Inn was perfect! It was comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming!  co-owner, was so accommodating and informative for any our our needs.

What a wonderful inn. This was our first trip to Ouray and the entire town is adorable. The Ouray Inn was cozy, welcoming, clean and comfortable. The outdoor seating spaces were the icing on the cake. Would have like to stayed longer.

Staff, room cleanliness and attention to details

It's located in such a great spot in this lovely town. The small town shuts down pretty early and the owner accommodated us very nicely with some food when we checked in late.

It was an old school motel with modern conveniences and had very good upkeep. The beds were comfy, the rooms cozy and the new mngmnt were great. The parking was adequate for the number of rooms. It was a great old motel that brought back many memories.

Only that I couldn't stay longer. Had to go back to work and face the reality of everyday life. Ho hum...
