Pros +
- Great staff, quiet. Perfect location.
- Easy to check in and check out. Wonderful home made breadfest.
- The bed and breakfast was one of the best places I¿ve ever stayed. They had a free happy hour. Staff was the best hostess and her breakfast was amazing. I¿d stay here ten times out of ten if o got back to Ouray.
Cons -
- The room was a little bit small and dark than what I expected.
- The entire grounds needs decluttering, cleaning, and renovations. The water from the bath faucet initially came out brown, AC did not work, internet didn't work in suite, and there is no view from the room. The disposition of our host was uncomfortable.
- The fireplace was noisy. I was expecting a gas fireplace with a electric starter. My mistake. (It was all electric.)

The fact that it is adults only is really fantastic, also, pets are not allowed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a huge selection of teas as well as a plethora of other amenities. The home cooked breakfast was the best.

Owners were great. Food was excellent. Loved Ouray.
