We had a few minor issues, but they were resolved quickly by Frank.
Ambience and quiet
Clean and furnished great. Large common area for those travelers that want to socialize. No noise distractions from other rooms or heavy traffic (located short distance off major highway).

We really would have liked access to the kitchen

Large clean rooms, beautiful common areas, very quiet both outside the lodge and in our room. My husband loved the gel infused pillows!Small touches such as humidifier, box fan, popcorn, cold water in fridge, and oatmeal.
