Best Western Plus Boulder Louisville

Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean. Friendly staff. We were visiting family in Boulder, but many of the hotels in Boulder were much more expensive. Loved this location, the Louisville community was very nice, and super close to Boulder without the Boulder prices. AND on top of it, loved the room. The breakfast looked great, although we didn’t partake. Definitely recommend this place.

The room was spacious enough given the cost per night. Lobby was comfortable for working and the wifi was good.Mark at the front desk was nice during check-in. Housekeeping was friendly when we needed one item for the room. Good central location for the region, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The elevator was out during our entire stay and all first floor rooms were booked, so we had to carry our heavy bags up and down stairs with no offer of assistance. The bed had the oldest, most worn fitted sheet on it that we've ever seen in a hotel - it should have been retired years ago. The bed wiggled every time someone moved so our sleep was quite disrupted. We did not request housekeeping during our stay and we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, yet our room was unexpectedly accessed and serviced while we were out.Overall, this is a pretty tired property and we won't be staying there again.

Beds were comfortable, room had the usual amenities. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.

Room was a little cramped for 4 people, and some of the layout was wonky, like the toilet paper roll right below the sink, which itself was off-center for no apparent reason. Window didn't have much of a view.

This is a decent and nicely located hotel..

Although not only at Best Western or this location, the “new” practice of not making and cleaning the room unless it is expressly requested, and asking guests to put towels and trash outside the room to be picked up, seems like a significant degradation of the hotel service. For the same and even lower prices one can get the comfort of a full home in AirB&B or similar services, and hotels have extended too much the concessions given during pandemic times. We, the customers, should raise our voices before all industries degrade similarly in the spirit of cutting costs.

Very clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed. Bathtub that worked. Cookies and Halloween candy (good chocolate!) every day at the front desk. Staff were very friendly. Awesome breakfast with delicious green chili pork! Priced well. Good location. Room was big enough to fit our dogs large crate. Pet bathroom area outside near hotel rooms.

Location was great

The room was run down especially the bathroom. The calking around the tub was almost gone and it felt unstable standing in the shower. The parking Lot lights were so bright you could see them through the curtains so it was hard to sleep- dark out curtains are needed for that room

We arrived earlier than check-in time, and the receptionist was able to find room available for us. But when we came to the room we found out that there was some maintenance work going on. And we were quickly moved to different room, which was even better. Hotel is clean and nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. Very nice stay overall.
