- The room was clean and comfortable.
- Everyone was kind and friendly. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options. The rooms are spacious and well laid out.
Cons -
- Extremely noisy, no soundproofing. shutting doors and breakfast preparations woke us up at 6am. Bring earplugs.
- The staff could use some training on skills and customer service.
- The location is a bit awkward to leave, as it is difficult to turn left on the main highway with no stoplight.

Convenience to fairgrounds.
The huge amount of dog poop around the building. The trash can out the bottom floor back door was overflowing as was poop sack receptacle.
