Repeating breakfast menu every other day No regular maid service. Had to request fresh towels and trash disposal

Location was very close to Red Rocks

The swimming pool looked like a swamp, the desk chair had a loose wheel and I almost fell, we had a lot of trouble getting the TV to work properly.

Easy to access location. Great front desk staff.

The hotel is in a rather remote "high-tech" neighborhood and there are no coffee shops or restaurants of retail any kind within walking distance.

The location was good and close to shopping and restaurants.

It would be nice to have a wall hung make-up mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel front desk clerk was very helpful.

The room was not cleaned on the days we were there. We needed to visit the front desk for clean towels and facial tissues on both days.

Whole room was so clean and modern, including the kitchenette, and the white bedding/linens were new, clean, and nice.

TV was hard to use, it was stuck on a weird Netflix menu window so i couldn't use it at all.

The staff, cleanliness, and location to where we wanted to go.

Unfortunately it was not quiet. Had we known there was a youth hockey league staying here, we would NOT have stayed here. These kids played hockey in the hallways on all floors and were not quiet at all.

Hotel was 2.5 star and thought it did exceed that

Unsure of housekeeping policy so I did myself 2 days. Went to office and got towels and trash bags

Very friendly staff, great location.

The Continental breakfast was lousy, holes in the blackout curtains.

The room itself was great. The hotel had decent amenities, including free breakfast, a small gym, laundry, and our unit had a full kitchen. I liked the door separating toilet and shower from the sink, which is good if you have multiple people. Quiet area.

The staff. We arrived to find another guest stating he had waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk and no one showed up, as the phone rang off the hook. No explanation when he did arrive. Other staff members were equally...off. It was bizarre.

The staff was great, room was clean, there was no mold in the bathroom, the dishes were clean, and the firepit area was nice.

Smoke alarms went off and it was clear this is a common problem at the hotel. We were told they have gone off 5 times in the last month and a half. When I arrived to check in, the front desk area was full of boxes and seemed unorganized.

We booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite more than a month in advance. When we arrived, they said they overbooked and gave our room away. The room they gave us, the tv didn?t work. Next day got connecting rooms, tv only worked in one.

Quiet location

Room had a few issues with some wear and tear not maintained. Not to bad.

location was great and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. this hotel exceeded my expectations

We chose this hotel because it featured a full kitchen set up and we have stayed at other Town Place Suites in the past. This location did not disappoint and was comfortable and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious I felt like I could really relax.

The TV is cheap and low quality it sounded horrible. Also, two remotes to just watch TV is excessive.

Renovated room

People lived there. I would have liked to have known the hotel was a permanent home to people. Also, there was no parking. Had to park a rental on the street. Ended up staying only one night of the 6 night stay due to worry about the parking situation.

The location

The smell, the hotel is being renovated and had a strong smell of glue or cleaning product. The hotel didn¿t have a air freshener to help mute the smell.
