Polite staff , clean hotel

Room had taped off window so now view and loud construction noise in early AM. Absolutely no sleep and dreary due to windows all covered up. Why did you place us in this room when not even that busy?

The bed and couch were comfortable

The room fridge was very small with no freezer and there was no free breakfast

Nothing exceptional.

Noisy all night, no coffee in the lobby, expensive

Requesting that the room be cleaned. There is not daily clean up of the room. For the price the room should be monitored daily.

My truck was stolen from the parking lot, no security camera, no security staff

Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating, the room had a nice design, comfortable bed and was very very clean. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

My room hadn't been cleaned well. The front desk staff kept me waiting for 10 minutes before checking me in (I was the only customer)

Large room with comfy bed

Staff at front desk not very friendly. Did not seem to approve of our late arrival and confusion as we had booked the hotel across the street (Courtyard)and were directed by sign on the door .

Clean and comfortable. All staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are very nice with fire pit, walking paths, etc. Loved the indoor pool and work out space.

Accidentally placed a $10,500 hold on my credit card on check in. Front desk staff quickly got the problem corrected.

Location for us was excellant. Clean, quiet comfortable beds. The fitness center was neat.

The indoor pool was quite small. Was limited to 10 people and only went to 5 feet in depth.

Very loud wedding party in the lobby upon arrival. Not very welcoming.

I was taking a chance on the location and it was just 5 minutes away from where we needed to be. And the room was so quiet and clean! The carpet in the hallways looked and felt clean. CLEAN; that's the ticket!

Wish there had been a free breakfast. But that's my only complaint.

The price and location were both very good. The staff was very accommodating.

newer hotel near our parents - staff are amazing!

The hotel was newly renovated and well-maintained. The bed was SUPER comfy. I also loved that the TV had Netflix and other streaming services integrated. Felt right at home!

The only thing we didn't like was one of the overnight staff members... she clearly seemed off. She was extremely abrasive and kept asking us if we had a key because she was going to step away from the desk and we wouldn't be able to get back in.
