The gentleman that helped me cancel the room was very helpful and nice about having to cancel due to A/C and conditions.
Nothing was good on that hotel.
This is an older property, but the staff were incredibly nice. It doesn't have all the amenities of a more expensive hotel, but what do you really need except a bed? There's a restaurant just two minutes walking distance. Overall, a positive experience.

Cons -

I did not like the conditions of the room and while I was there (30 min.) multiple cops arrived and were taking people into custody. Room was a non-smoking and it was very smelly. No AC and was not notified until I tried to check in.
We had an unpleasant stay at the hotel due to the lack of AC, resulting in a fever. Additionally, I discovered blood in the bathroom and suffered from numerous bed bug bites that caused skin rashes.
Being called a liar and a theif by the management or owners.

Nothing was good on that hotel.
