Pros +
- Our AM check in woman was wonderful and hotel was absolutely clean
- Very clean, good breakfast, accommodating staff.
- The day shift desk girl was nice and you could smell the pool.
Cons -
- What concerns me is that we were charged for my husbands service dog. When I told her his weight at check in it felt like discrimination due to his size. And maybe just updating the hotel.
- Thin walls and floors.
- This hotel was not clean and the night staff did not care at all. The dog next door was barking until 10pm and they could have cared less. The security deadbolt that goes over the door was hanging on by one loose screw, I did not feel very safe.
