- Love this place.
- One of only a few choices in Leadville...
- Awesome location, responsive and friendly staff
Cons -
- The staff was not reachable. We had questions about the facility and when we called we did not get a call back until after we checked out the next day. Also, the bedding for one of the futons was missing and they were extremely uncomfortable. Not worth it
- The main bedroom did not have a closing door and the bathroom had a barn style door, but it had slats in it that made viewing into the bathroom fairly easy so it would be nice to have a bit more privacy.
- The ladder to the loft can be a bit daunting, but there are additional sleeping areas downstairs.
