The restaurant in the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were clean and the property was quiet.

Cons -

Everything else - Property was basically a shambles. The room did not appear clean. Carpeting on the outdoor stairs was coming off - unsafe to use the stairs. Breakfast was poor - the orange juice dispenser was out of order. Pay more and go elsewhere.

It is very tired and old with desperate need of upkeep. The room was only marginally clean, holes in the bathroom walls, gunk and hair at the threshold. Little bugs crawling all over the nightstand.
