Argo Inn and Suites

Comfy bed. Clean room. Good shower!

The location to Mount Blue Sky. The room was clean. The Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. When I’m motorcycle touring that’s all I want.

Gravel parking lot. The entire place is dated. The bathroom had a huge jetted tub. 1970’s??? The double sink vanity was located outside the bathroom. One sink not useable due to slow drainage. Overhead vanity light was an old shop light.

Balcony overlooking a mountain river. Room was a bit dated but fairly clean. Convenient location in Idaho Springs.

Exterior of buildings looking shabby, needs a lot of paint and TLC. No smoking rooms, but a lot of guests were smoking on the balconies and outside their front doors. No breakfast. Funky gas heater in room, confusing instructions. No A/C.

The gentleman working the front desk in the morning was very helpful giving us ideas for things to do in Idaho Springs. He was very knowledgeable and delightful to talk with.

The fellow working the front desk in the evening was rude and not very helpful. I felt like we were an annoyance to him. Also the air conditioner in our room was veery loud and there was no housekeeping service during our stay.

The location is great and beautiful view of the river.

The room is old and dirty. The wallpaper is peeling, hotel needs an update. Parking lot could use more lighting.

The sliding door lock was broken as was the door to the adjacent room. The heater/cooling system was very loud.

What an amazing place to stay at rooms were very clean. Don’t have anything to say about this place. Everything was awesome and will definitely be returning again. This was my second time staying here.

We surprised the kids with a ski trip for Christmas and flew out on Christmas day from New Orleans to Denver. We got to Denver, got our rental car and the hotel was only a 38 minute drive and the place we skied at (Echo Mountain) was only 5 miles away. Argo Inn and Suites is a great place for a family trip, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, out back there is a balcony view of the river and a nice lounge area set up by the river with a fire pit that we roasted smores on. Best Christmas trip ever!!

Floor cleaning and poor heating.

I had a great connection with all of the staff that I spoke with. It was also quite close to Maison de Ski, where I rented my skis, and half an hour from skiing at Loveland Ski Area.
