- The window was open when we arrived so room was about 5 degrees..window lock broken, towel rack fell off the wall, water for shower was cold, no food for breakfast at 8am, no parking available due to snow mountains in parking spaces
- Outdated, unclean shower head, no water pressure, damaged carpet, damaged tables, room too small
- Yes there was plenty. We were put in a room with 1 bed when we reserved 2 queen beds. They got that fixed an put us in the right room but the toilet wouldn?t flush if it did it the water ran all over the floor so for 5 days we couldn?t use are toilet.
