- The owner was very nice and helpful. Location was very handy. The room was very clean mostly, sheets, towels, bathroom, furnishings very clean. Had a bit of problem with the Wi-Fi, but it was quickly resolved by the owner. Again, very nice folks.
- How friendly staff was, and it was budget friendly!
- The Room was absolutely amazing! Felt like I was at home. Would definitely book room for O2 again
Cons -
- Before I talk about what I did not like, be aware that they are working hard to upgrade and renovate the hotel. There is a huge gap in the door sill, daylight streaming through, glad we weren¿t there in winter. The chair smelled funky, needs to be cleane
- Wish the bedding was different. Otherwise I loved my stay!
- They need more help at the front desk. Probably just like every other place these days with shortage on help. An extra blanket and extra pillows would have been very nice
