The Manager allowed me to slide on a security deposit due to us being there for my grandmother's funeral

There was no kind of continental breakfast, the soda machines were out of order as was the ice machines

Friendly staff, clean room.

I dropped my debit card and someone kept it, so shady people use the hotel. It was cold and the beds covers were very thin.

The second it turned 11:00am, they were banging on our door and screaming at us through the door! They were threatening us with extra charges and losing our deposit. From there it went to threatening to call the police. I was only trying to find a good deal online and was definitely staying longer... I tried to explain. When we paid through the app., they insisted on cleaning our room. When we refused the service, we were told that we were no longer welcome at the facility and would be banned from any future stays. I said that was just fine!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Clean room and pretty quite despite being close to highway. Easy access. Plenty of restaurant choices very close.

Pillows were way too small & worn out.Requested & paid for a queen bed, but if that was a queen, it was the smallest I have ever seen. Super short toilet.Had to do a $100 room deposit. Never had to do this a 6 before. Say they will refund the card 3-4 days after check out.

Tried to charge a $150- dog deposit. Told them forget it and give me my money back, then they did not chg that. Scammers. No where when making the reservation did it say a pet deposit.

Breakfast was not offered! Not even coffee

Didn’t like that the back door would not open with my room key. Didn’t like that the lighting was bad in the room. No iron, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo nor conditioner. And the vending machine for beverages was also out of order.

Location

The light over the bathroom sink in room 206 was out and I reported it the first night and stayed 3 nights. Maintenance never showed up to fix during my stay and not sure if it will be fixed even after I left.

Notthing i like this motel

Very noisy, misleading charges, and poor experience.The room was extremely noisy — we couldn’t sleep at all. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor all night.What bothered me even more was the strange deposit policy. I had already paid through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the man at the front desk said I needed to deposit $100. Then the screen showed a total charge of $351, which made no sense. He later lowered it to $251, but it was still confusing and felt dishonest.In the end, I had to hand over $100 in cash just to check in. This experience was stressful and frustrating. I do not recommend this place.

Location to the family I was in town to visit.

On arrival in my room I could not get the toilet to flush, even after a staff member came and said it was OK. I had to lift the cisten cover and pull the plunger. Didn't want to ask again as they had a cash deposit and the full payment and I wanted to make sure I wasn't blamed for the toilet not flushing.

No coffee in the room I didn’t know the first floor was going to be in the basement. The parking stalls were so close to each other that I could barely get in the car because all the other assholes parked right next to each other.

It was really a good breakfast and it was close, which helped since I did not have a vehicle at the time.

The beds weren’t comfortable. Was told to late on the chair request to where I couldn’t find a different hotel. So my dad was very uncomfortable as well and couldn’t really sleep.

The one room was filthy there was dog hair everywhere had to throw away socks it was so bad

Worst Experience. You think you could Count on The Motel 6. You cannot. They Lie to you. "Ft.Lupton" should have been my first Warning. This Motel charges a 150.00 incidental fee and Charges for the dogs. No light on for me. Just dark dark deceiving.

Should Have never Thought to try it.

Rooms seemed recently renovated. 1st floor rooms in the process.No carpeting. Beds comfortable.

Toilet loose from floor. Left message for mgr when checking out.
