- We loved the perfect proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. We also enjoyed the "Gathering Place" and park area for our kids. Everything was clean and well thought out.

- The kitchen was not well stocked. No coffee filters, Saran Wrap, etc. The decor was very outdated. The bathroom sliding door on bathtub was old and didn¿t work well.
- Maybe could use a little updating on the decorating but other than that it was great and very clean!

The location directly on the river was excellent. We enjoyed the balcony each morning.

5 Stars from us!!! This place was so perfect for us, we will be back! Very friendly staff, clean, great location to the park and close to downtown but not too close for all the noise and people. The deck with our own hot tub and the view was awesome!!

Good bed, spacious and comfy living spaces, clean room! Especially loved the balcony unit overlooking the river!
Assuming covid 19 rules, but many kitchen things were missing that we normally find in a condo unit such as this. We did fine with it, but had to run to the store for a few things we'd not thought about needing.
3 min drive to RMNP entrance. Had an outdoor gathering place and each cabin has its own grill. There is a play area for kids too.
Beautiful view of the river ...you can sit on the deck off the living room and enjoy the sound of rushing water while sipping your morning coffee.

The staff was rude, short and not helpful during a blizzard. Would not recommend this place.
The suite was incredible. Beautiful views of the mountains and literally just down the street from the national park. Would definitely stay here next time.
