very quaint room, small but cozy

the entrance driveway was very small, I'm glad it was not snow packed, that would have been very difficult. If it was booked to capacity it would have been hard to find a place to park.

Location, everything was great, the only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. wish they had biscuits & gravy or eggs, bacon or sausage.

Beautiful views from room (suite) and beautiful breakfast views (sit at the bar seating or outside on the deck)

I loved everything about our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. Room was big, clean, and just perfect. Loved the smores, the jacuzzie.

We love the big room with fireplace, heart shaped soaker tub, kitchenette, and mountain view. Our second time there and won't be our last.

Wish there had been more fresh fruit and protein options with the continental breakfast. Also, I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but my car was keyed in the hotel parking lot.

Loved the location and overall experience. My wife and I enjoyed playing the board games that were available in the lobby. I saw multiple guests enjoying the popcorn, smores, snacks, games, and the DVD library they had available. Staff was helpful.

Clean, good breakfast included, great location. There was a herd of elk across the street while also being close to town.

Parking was a little difficult when we returned late.

Quaint place to stay, Jacuzzi tub awesome after long day hiking. Staff very friendly & good referrals for dining in area.

I booked a two bedroom unit. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It was far better than I expected. Both bedrooms had king beds with high end bedding and extremely comfortable. The living room area was large and had a gas fireplace.Wonderful.

Comfortable beds/pillows. Complimentary: DVD movie selection from the lobby, Starbucks coffee and granola bars/snacks available all day, Bottled water, continental breakfast, covered parking, outdoor patios with grills, jetted tubs in deluxe king suites

Porch light outside our door could not be turned off to minimize light coming in to our room at night and the mini blinds were insufficient. I just unscrewed the bulb for the duration of our stay. Jetted tubs make lots of noise in adjacent rooms.

The view was terrific from the terrace .Very spacious and clean.Plenty of windows.

I had trouble sleeping because it was too warm.We went to bed with the windows open and about 4:00 in the morning the cold air finally made in inside and woke me up.A ceiling fan would have remedied that situation.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room small, had asked for 2 beds and one was a pull down bed leaving no space for luggage.

great hotel!. very warm hospitality. great rooms, very romantic. one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 10 day trip to Colorado.

parking wasn't easy - the layout of the parking lot requires some maneuvering.

close to Rocky Mtn National Park

Office closed at 9PM, they did not answer the phone after 9pm

Great staff, nice room that was very unique--in a good way. Very well maintained, the pool was fun.

The room was spacious, the staff was patient and they were helpful.
