The Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins

Nice stream flowing alongside.

Beds were not that comfortable. Construction happening in the back was not great with the serene environment

It is located by a river.

The room didn’t smell fresh & shortage of parking.

Self check in via text or email, a tablet for service/info, they brought wood they placed at the door instead of knocking, hot tub by the river...

Just was missing a kitchen for the grill

Which they would have offered some sort of breakfast like most all other hotels do it this price such as a grab and go bag(muffin, yogurt, dry cereal) with milk and or juice.

The river location was amazing. The light and laser show was a surprising little event to top off our evening there. The room had been updated fairly recently and we found it cozy, clean, and comfortable.

Great place to stay at in Estes Park. The staff is always friendly and the rooms have been clean every time. My favorite part is the wood burning fire place and the view of the river.

A lovely older motel. Hot tub and jacuzzi! Full kitchen and 2 fireplaces.

structure was older. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom or on the roller! noise from room overhead. water took long time to heat up.

Room was **awful.** Furniture, cheap & uncoordinated; inner lights made sleep difficult; vanity sink is also the kitchen sink; stuck, cheap doors, fridge handle was jagged; campfire smoke seeps in; exterior, blistered, peeling paint. Rustic indee

Absolutely loved this location! Close to everything, wildlife right outside. The owners even put on a light show on the river one night. Great experience, would definitely come back.

This hotel has so much character. Rustic and cozy feel definitely fits in the location in the woods. Did not make it in time to check in while office was open, so they left a very detailed information on finding our room. Very friendly people at the inn.

Room we were in was awesome loved the deck.

I wish yal had better variety of pillows that my only complaint.

On the river, mostly quiet. Fireplace was great.

Needs draft doggies for cold wind under the door!!! The light switch covers had a blue and also some had green light feature that was very bright in the night!

very close to National Park entrance. Nice river.

Bed was not great. Not a lot for the money, but this is a resort town in high season, so we understand.
