Hampton Inn Denver Tech Center South

I was early for my check, and the staff got me into my room fast. I am sorry that I can't remember her name, but she was very friendly, and that is hard to find when it comes to customer service.

The gym and location.

Rooms need to be clean daily, and every room should be provided with a microwave.

Overall it is a good hotel with a clean room and a good breakfast

Safety is a concern, they don?t have any security nor cameras there. Our car got robbed last night being parked right in front of the hotel and the staff were not helpful at all, they even didn?t say sorry.

The bed was way too firm so didn?t sleep well. Breakfast was so so.?.could have had Greek yogurt and salsa packs for the omelets .?maybe even some shredded cheese

The location was great. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel did not have the SEC Network as an option on the TV channels. But, it is in Colorado, so I kind of understand.

The staff. Continental breakfast was good and had laundry area at the hotel to wash and dry your clothes

It was very clean and quiet.

The complimentary breakfast was not always great; the milk was spoiled and the coffee was full of grounds.

Everything was good except for the shower door.

The shower door "exploded" around 4am and we had to change rooms which was accommodated quickly. However, the refund for having been frightened and loosing sleep that night was only half a day's rate.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, free EV charger, and plenty of parking.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

They didn't have hot breakfast. I understand it's due to covid but still a disappointment nonetheless.

The location

Worst stay ever.... GM was rude and inconsiderate of guest's special needs. Rules for COVID mask wearing was inconsistent for guests not staff. Operations manager made a mess of the 2n floor blowing dry wall dust all over and lied about it. Never again!!

The location is excellent, close to amenities and airport and I have been a fan of Hampton Inns for many years. I always liked that the beds are white and fluffy, very inviting

The major disturbing issue was that a woman/guest/employee(?) was sitting at the computer in the lobby area not wearing a mask when I was checking in, and she was there the next morning as well. The room smelled musty/unclean

Everything! I love Hotel employee and all front desk staff. Each one was outstanding!!! Hotel was clean and convenient. Definitely returning!!
