Good rate and clean. Good breakfast.

Weren’t responsive to a complaint we had about a barking dog at 3 am. Did not have a desk clerk available between 7 am and 3 pm, rather a virtual live person via a kiosk screen next to the front desk. This was an issue when requesting a new room.

Rooms was very small, internet was not that great, breakfast can be better, have more trash cans during breakfast and have the big trash cans. Other hotels provide pick up and drop with 3 miles, it will be good to have this facility.

The buffet breakfast was excellent- more selection of hot and cold items than others in this hotel class. The fresh spinach, cheese and salsa items were excellent additions to the hot scrambled eggs and potatoes.

The staff were helpful and polite. The room was a perfect size and the bed was really comfortable. The shower had water at the best temp and pressure.

Dirty towels. Streamer garbage on the walls. Ice machine kicked up. Pool in a weird location

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave.

The night staff lady who checked me in was very very rude. There was also a $50 dollar charge from the hotel that I should have been made aware of beforehand. The snack amenities where very expensive and the hotel only had 1 exist per floor.

The location is excellent - close enough to major roads to get to places quickly, lots of good restaurants close by, even close to a Target in case you need anything.

The shower head was broken. We could hear doors slamming and the heater was loud when it kicked on.

Quiet, clean, affordable

Frontier messed up our flight and made us missed our first night But when we finally made it to the hotel the young lady knew about our situation and greeted us like family check us in right away. She?s difinitly an asset to your hotel.

Overall it was quite and the breakfast was good.

Rooms on the smaller side compared to other hotles.

The location is great

Although it on has three floors the elevator made a lot of noise especially when the doors opened or closed .

Rooms very clean and new furniture updates, the staff was very courteous and helpful, easy access.

Hotel was under remodeling with many workers, parking lot was not large enough when hotel is full ( had to park in adjacent hotel parking lot.

Location, low rates, good selection at breakfast

The common areas were being renovated but caused little inconvenience. Rooms were updated.

left some stuff in our room and when we went back to get it, they had it all ready to go.

Room was small, only one queen bed. Shower and toilet were in one room.
