Getting a ground-floor room by the pool. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was great too. We had a wonderful time. Loved the location

We stayed in September and appreciated the outdoor seating area for breakfast and for lounging after the wedding we attended.

The pull-out bed mattress was terrible! Thank goodness my kids are little and don't weigh much. The pull-out sofa should definitely be replaced!

The staff during our stay 6.21-6.23 was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping were friendly as well.

Although the service from the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was less than pleasing. It was a standard continental type breakfast. not much options, for the price for the hotel. The rooms could use a little upgrade as well.

No need for the $10 parking fee in this area. Bathroom light over mirror not working. Upon check-in the clerk could not find our reservation. Said all rooms were blocked. Resolved after a spell.

The niceness of the room. Everything else was unprofessional, and lies, with no commitment.

I was asked to leave because I stood up to two workers. They used the zero tolerance, and stated harassment, when they were the ones calling me. I told someone that they were being unprofessional, I'm hanging up.She said if I hung up,I'd be locked out.

Location was great!

There was dead bugs around the floors of the hotel and a dirty pair of underwear left in between the night stand and the bed. Not acceptable when paying around 200 for a Marriott brand hotel.

The hotel is very outdated. My toilet was ancient. Also, the person who checked me in was not super friendly and never recognized my status.

There was a snowstorm and they parking lot and walks were very icy. Dishwasher did not work.

I always stay here when visiting friends ! I enjoy the coziness of things. The kitchen and living room area is nice. I will continue to stay here when I travel to Denver.

The location was good.

Everyday we got locked out of room so to the keys stopped working. The plumping was clogged in both sinks. Always had to track down towels and we never had enough. The staff never asked if we needed anything. The pool never opened.

Yes. The rude and intrusive staff. The hotwater was terrible. I ended up with a cold bath. I asked to extend the reservation and I was told it would be $200 more than it was the night before. The accidentally went into our room while we were still asleep.

My overall stay was wonderful. Nice rooms, wonderful staff, inside and out kept clean. This hotel deserves more than a 3 star.

Close proximity to a ton of restaurants and a Target. Spacious room and had gluten free bagels on the breakfast buffet

Our room did not get cleaned while we were there. Somehow house keeping missed our room. After having been out for a very long day, was very disappointing to come back to a room with no clean towels, full trash cans and unmade beds.

The staff were AMAZING. Very supportive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel based on how awesome they were.

The staff were incredibly nice and set me up with a room away from the traffic. But, there were people right outside of my room that were very loud. I wish there was a noise ordinance or someone walking around telling people to hush up.

The location

They said it was updated but it was old and things were broken. Coffee was undrinkable and breakfast was AWFUL! Out of food, moldy food, frozen biscuits and DIRTY! Water heater only works for 20 minutes! Then needs at least 30 to reheat.

The room was nice and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Good free breakfast. Wild bunnies greeting you.

The room wasn't ready at the 4:00 check in. We didn't get to check in until 5:15. We almost missed our event.
