It is just basic when needing a hotel.

The price is excessive for an old property with no ammenities.

It has excellent night time lighting as it is in a low-traffic neighborhood.

It is old, breaking and constantly in need of repairs.

The location by the freeway in the southern part of Denver

It is an older basic hotel and under constant repair and maintenance by the staff.

It is an older building, but the staff is constantly repairing issues and they are beginning to update the flooring. Plus, it has easy access to the freeway and shopping.

It was dirty and the front desk clerk made me never want to rent at quality again. He refused my security deposit and when I got room it was really dirty with cig butts everywhere. I would like someone to get my deposit back and get me a free room forthis

Nothing. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She belittled me. And then called the police on my friend, who out their credit card on file for incidentals, just to get $250 from them. The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met.

Everything. It was a high drug trafficking hotel. Not the kind of place I would ever stay at had I known.

It had a far better mattress and linens than most hotels in a similar price category.

A desk clerk harshly insisted that I had to agree to a $500 credit card hold or I could not check in and would loose the prepaid reservation. I was forced to agree to the terms. In the evening, another staff member said it was only $50, over and over.

(1)It was dirty. (2)There were stains in various locations throughout the hotel. (3)Why the hinged doors outside the elevator doors? (4)Room smelled like cigarette smoke (5) Room had stains and wallpaper peeling off wall. (6)Same breakfast every day

Did not realize that it was also a weekly rental location. Room was not completely clean.

3 things. There were no tissues in the room. There was no clock in the room. There was only a bottom sheet on the bed and the outer comforter (no top sheet). The front sign was hidden behind a tree so even having a GPS didn't help much.

Yes, the room felt damp,and the whole hotel felt damp. The breakfast was not great, customer service is not great. The hotel is dated and needs to be upgraded.

The hotel was under renovations so it was a bit messy, but overall a nice and quiet property.

Absolutely nothing

The "general manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up of me for asking to have my room cleaned. Then cussed me out at the front desk. The police are always there. The place should be condemned.

I found a freaking hard boiled egg under the bed and there was crap all over like it wasn¿t cleaned

Nearly impossible to find. Low on staff. Some wallpaper hanging loose. Bathtub broken, patched and weak. Shower rod hanging loose, curtain partly off. Coffee maker didn't work. Sheets and towels were clean, beds ok.

It wasn¿t a good experience.

Got into the room, phone not plugged in. Plugged it and my it rang. My wife answered and man asked her if ¿the man she was with¿..(me) was her¿boyfriend or husband.¿ We left and called the police to investigate for cameras. No money back yet. Never again.

Fast check in, breakfast was nice, room was clean

One of the door locks was broken and toilet was severely wobbly

Room was disgusting it even had some dog food on the floor that was left by the prior people. The couch was covered in stains and had a huge hole on the side. The room looked nothing like the pictures, I would not book again.
