- The location is convenient.
- It is an older building, but the staff is constantly repairing issues and they are beginning to update the flooring. Plus, it has easy access to the freeway and shopping.
- It was clean

- It is cheap for the area but marginal, even for the star rating.

- It was dirty and the front desk clerk made me never want to rent at quality again. He refused my security deposit and when I got room it was really dirty with cig butts everywhere. I would like someone to get my deposit back and get me a free room forthis
