I wasn't allowed more than one towel for my entire stay, and the staff kept harassing me.

Ample parking, comfortable room, close to my parked vehicle.

There literally no hot water ever! Room 107 is next to a boiler room that makes loud sound all night. The front desk is literally in manned all day. Couldn't check out a day early to get a day refunded because the gate is closed till 10 am. They really

Hotel employee is awesome, they had some issues over weekend that initially affected my reservation, but hotel employee figured it out and made sure I had a room! Hotel employee was amazing upon late check in, answers all my questions and was an absolute joy after my rough day!

The only issue I had was the bathtub had been refinished at some point and it finish was peeling off terribly bad making it impossible to take a bath, but with the issues they had, I really didn¿t mind but wish I could of switched rooms for a bathtub.

It was an awful stay. I didn't like it at all the cost of rent here is putting me in debt. I can't afford these expensive motels and have to sleep in my car now.

I slept in my car because my bank empty now from having to pay rent. I'm so sick of being only able to afford a roof over my head and not be able to eat. The cost of living here in Denver is ridiculous.

The BIG rooms are nice wish they all had carpet. The location of this place is nice.

I'm tired of having to pay every penny I have on a motel and want to be able to afford a house or apartment instead. I don't like how they took away breakfast, No more pots and pans unless we pay $30 and we have to pay extra for clean linen.

The cleanliness is good. I enjoy the big spacious room. The staff here is friendly. I wish I didn't have to pay the expensive rent here daily but it's my home.

I didn't like how they took away the pots and plates and want to charge an additional fee for them along with a fee to wash the towels. Everything here in Denver is too expensive. They took away the breakfast and coffee in the morning and not happy that.

The first room they gave us smelled really bad of dog urine and just the smell of dog. They moved me to a second room that smelled worse the the first room. Did not get to enjoy my stay. Will never go back!

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Overall, a really pleasant experience. I will probably be staying there again soon

I did not know they stopped a breakfast buffet

I pulled a softball size of hair out the drain for the bathtub. There was no dishes in the room no coffee maker no morning. The room was set to 60 degrees when it was 35 outside . The front desk agent was rude

Recently I didn't like it Coffee was not ready time 8:23 a.m. more than two times. I paid every day and check in after work my husband was in the room and the district manager came and nocked on the door saying that he didn't paid while I was at my job

I would like regular creamer for coffee or little things of half & half.

There is no to many options for the morning breakfast to go.

I like everything. The manager and the front desk people. The way the room is organized and the Sun shine.

Huge apt style room, however the hallway smelled horrible, seem like a lot of low income long time residents

Sheets were horrible, towel smelled off. Lots of noise from rooms above. Door dont accommodations of the disabled. And they did not snow plow parking extremely difficult to walk on all the ice from spot all the way to the door

The location of the hotel is good. It was quiet my whole time there.

I called the front desk because there was someone else¿s hair in my shower when I arrived. The lady at the front desk said she would get in contact with housekeeping and let me know. Two hours later I called back and the told me to wait until tomorrow
