What’s a little concerned because the price was $--- a night for weekend stay. However, pleasantly surprised extremely clean grounds and room and renovated. Good location a lot of restaurants and amenities for shopping.

No, even the breakfast for both days was better than your traditional hotel.

Availability

This hotel is construction, which is not IN ITSELF a problem. BUT. The room had NOT been cleaned since it was remodeled. Sticky boot prints on the bathroom floor. Drywall dust and dusty fingerprints in the room. Window was old and partly broken.

Hilton has refurnished everything in this property. I’ve always liked this hotel, even through each of its several owners over the years. I like it more now.

The lack of a hot breakfast. But that is a very minor complaint.

Room was very clean.

What looked like the front entrance was the back confusing (confusing). Driving up initially to the back made the hotel look destitute. You have to drive around to see the actual front. Even when exiting of the hotel you aren't sure which exit is front.

Besides the fact that the hotel was so clean, the staff was wonderful. Absolutely the best front desk woman checked us in after we had a horrible experience at another hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of!!!

The initial room I was assigned was being renovated. The shower had a light hanging with electrical wires exposed and a paint cloth covering the floor. Moved to another room. Loud, sketchy guests in other rooms, making me feel unsafe.

The room was ok but everything else was horrible. It seemed that families of the staff were staying there. Older kids were babysitting younger ones. It seemed that parents were partying. There were people in the parking lot loud at all times. Terrible

They were working on the hotel so I understand some of the problems. But everything was dirty. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were filthy. The room was ok but once you stepped outside the room you could smell cigarette smoke, people loud.

Where should I start? Can I send you pictures? The rating should be dropping by at least 1.5 stars. Dirty, clogged drain in bathroom sink. Shower curtain rod is falling off. Did I say room is Dirty? I¿ve got pictures if you like.

The bed is very comfortable

My room smelled weird and the Wi-Fi was so weak that sometimes it just wouldn¿t work. There was construction going on when I stayed there and as a result, there was no breakfast, not even coffee. This would¿ve been good to know before I decided to stay.

Did not like anything. I will strongly recommend anybody to avoid staying there.

Everything! Dirtiest hotel room ever!!! Hotel is under remodeling and I would understand the carpet to be not very clean because of all the dirt from the remodeling, however the room was not cleaned at all. It looked like they just did the beds.

The location is good.

It was August 30th when I checked in and the sign at the front desk said pool closed for season. Here we are mid Summer, as Summer does not end until September 21. We are five days shy of Labor Day and it¿s almost ---. Also horrible breakfast.

Well, the crack head sleeping on the lobby couch all day and the guy randomly yelling and talking to himself by the front door for two days. Watching three cop cars show up and arrest some one out side.

The staff over charged did not keep record of the cash deposit we put down and didn't get back.

The location was perfect.

It is no wonder Best Western Plus pulled their name out and off this property. We booked it for the name, knowing their properties are great. This place was NASTY! The carpet was filthy. Hairs were in the bathroom...and not ours! Shower broke!

Location is convenient

I reserved a room with a sleeping sofa and did not get one. Room with carpet always smells like cigarettes.

A/C in the room worked.

No hot food for breakfast, only cold cereal, toast, bagels, or waffles. A/C in the hallways was blowing hot air. Half the ice machines in the building didn't work. Had to ask for towels & pillows. Coffee in room didn't work. Poor service. $1K/2 nite

The young man working the front desk at check-in was very polite and personable. The female at the front desk was definitely not so friendly.

Very sketchy area! Was concerned my car would get broken into due to the number of people loitering in the parking lot. Initially placed in a room on the first floor, asked to be moved after discovering window would not lock. Poorly maintained and dirty

Convenient location near restaurants, convenience stores etc. Staff was friendly .

Very average for what we paid per night. Breakfast was disappointing: All carbs! Waffle, muffins, bread, cereal and coffee, no eggs or fruits. Hotel could use some much needed update. Carpets need cleaning. Our bathroom ceiling had a large crack in it.
