The room was clean, quiet and had carpet and hardwood flooring instead of being just hardwood. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was very hard but this is pretty subjective. Some people like hard beds.

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. They had a great selection of snacks and the restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast.

Front desk staff were exceptional. I called prior to arrival to request a quiet room...and received excellent customer service. Check-in was speedy and very professional. I checked out in the morning and had a lovely conversation with reception staff.

Cleaning staff were a bit noisy in the hallway in the early morning hours (prior to check-out). They seemed completely unaware that guests might still be sleeping.

I was able to check in early.

The incidental fee is $100. There were only two towels. No hand towels, etc. Provided toiletries were empty. Window coverings didn't close all of the way. No USB charging ports.

The room was too small for my wheel chair. Very difficult to move around. Bed was very tall and very close to the wall. Fridge did not seem to work.

Looked very new. Extremely clean. Had a restaurant within the hotel. The new bartender just moved from Oklahoma, he was great. Very good experience.

Did not like that we couldn't be re accommodated, and that I was forced to sleep on the floor.

 in the restaurant on Friday 6/30 for dinner @ 5:30 pm was terrific. Service for myself and those I observed was outstanding.

The room

The first room was dirty beds wasn¿t made drinks and dirty towels, 2nd room the jet didn¿t work, 3rd times a charm

We had NO hot water to shower. Talked to front desk and they did not even get back to me until we checked out. Remote would not work in the room. Again, asked front desk about it and got no results. The bartended did the best of everyone.

wAS NOT WORTH WHAT i PAID WHEN THINGS LIKE HOT WATER IS NO PROVIDED.

Very clean, beautiful decor and the bedding was soooo comfortable !

Most Holiday Inn and Suites have complimentary breakfast

The staff was Excellent! Over and above to make sure guests were accommodated. The location near all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Rooms extremely clean.

Cleanliness, friendly staff

No Breakfast, could hear loud footsteps from upper level rooms. Very annoying late at night/early morning.

The pool was extremely clean and there was towels at all times to dry my kids.
