Couldn’t sleep all night because of loud thudding noise from the room above. Asked for a room change or refund after midnight, but both were refused. Worst part was being told to leave and threatened with the police. Never again.

Great placement and had great potential. The room was huge!

The pool was falling apart, the room had a hole in the ceiling, the pullout had a huge pee stain and the bath tub was falling apart. The fire alarm began to chirp at 2am and the front office did not have access to a ladder so we just left.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel.

There was a guest that would not check out of his room on the floor above me. At approximately 1100 there were 7-8 police vehicles on premises. When I returned to hotel at about 6...there were more police vehicles on premises as well as two HAZMAT units.

We did a two night stay and the hotel was cleaned the days we were there. All of the staff was very friendly. There was an older gentleman, a red head lady and (she checked us in). The breakfast was good and fresh.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The first room I was given had a very strong body odor smell. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the employee told me she actually lives at the hotel and was staying in the room next door and

The room was large with lots of space for luggage and roomy enough for everyone to walk around without feeling crowded.

There were no towels or toilet paper in the room. We had to ask housekeeping for these. The comforters were dingy like they hadn't been washed in a long while. The shower curtain looked clean but once it got wet you could see black and red mold on it.

Clean and quiet

The Alarm clock was set for during bedtime and would not turn off. (only a snooze button- no Off button)

They debited my card for $100 immediately for incidentals. Five days later still no credit back. The money should be credited back the same day once the room is verified not damaged. I can only imagine how much money HI makes on using guestsmoney.

Very clean and well kept. Great breakfast. Great amenities and staff. Great value!

Water wasn't hot enough

i liked that it was remodeled and the breakfast they provide.

they gave us a room that faced a very busy highway i-25 and there was street noise that was a bit disturbing while trying to fall asleep.

The staff was noisy at night i was in a room next to a supply closet. They kept opening and slamming the door all night

$100 security deposit , where the other hotel is $50 .. come on your place isn't that much nicer.

Presentation, cleanliness, comfort,quiet... Nice breakfast options.

No ice, not a biggie, I managed

Our TV did not work. They said they were going to swap it out and never did.2 days without being about to watch anything was not very fun. And the heater did not work. I had to get a bug blanket. I will never stay here again.

There we several outrageous problems with my room. The lamps and lampshades had been destroyed and left that way. The fire alarm intercom had been ripped out of the wall and taped back in place with medical tape. The shower curtain rod was falling etc

Free parking. Spacious room.

First room we were given had a broken toilet; the second a defective door jamb. "Breakfast" consisted of extruded waffles, yogurt, toast, OJ and apples in a bowl of water. It was much less than the list makes it seem.

It was spacious and clean, had a fridge, microwave.

My room did not have a hair dryer. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to bring me one; he promised he would. An hour later, I had to go downstair to inquire. He said to give him 15 minutes. He never brought it. No willingness to help.

Nice location? Plenty of parking?

It smelled. The room was musty and not maintained.

TV reception.

Too many homeless in parking lot asking for money and cigarettes. Hallways of hotel stink like Meth.

Nothing, just the area.

The personal of front desk no very friendly very dirty. Bad smell. The breakfast no good.
