The location

During my 6 day stay my room was not refreshed / cleaned once. I had to get paper towels, bath towels, toilet paper, etc from the front desk.

The maintenance guy was nice. Everyone else was terrible.

They didn¿t clean every day, DESPITE ME REQUESTING THEM TO CLEAN EVERY DAY. I didn¿t need any fancy, just take out the trash, restock and vacuum. I also asked for a hair dryer and one could not be found. The room is supposed to come with one.

The Hotel was in a good safe location and had a comfortable room. with a full kitchen There was a indoor pool and barbeque grill to use. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was satisfying and had a good selection of entrees.

The pool was not heated and was cold. The breakfast at times was limited and entrees were not re stocked for a period. The Coffee in the lobby was not re stocked after 12:00 pm. There were not sufficient fresh towels in the pool area each day.

The lady at the front desk said all the blankets are stained with that nasty yellow spots, like a hundred or two stains. They finally produced one with only a couple stains. So damn gross ¿¿

Great quiet location, easy to find. Clean! Rooms fully stocked with necessities (bedding for sofa bed,hair dryer,towels,dishes/silverware etc) Bed and pillows are soft! Staff friendly and helpful. New appliances/fixtures/furniture. Felt safe, slept good.

one of the guess was banging on wall or door for over 5 hours before the police were called. i was very scared to come out my room.

Large room with sofa and desk. Room comes with a kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, dishes) but no stove). Across the parking lot were restaurants. Great breakfast. Free parking.

Noise from street especially when trying to sleep. Front desk charged us for the room even though I paid Booking.com.

Housekeeping was not explained and the breakfast was not as inclusive as expected

Breakfast was very good - and the lobby atmosphere was also very cozy and nice

The wifi was too weak for business use - I was on the conference call but several times it cut off.There is a microwave in the room but for electrec heating board you need to lend from reception - which was too heavy and not good use.

Very clean and rooms were well organized.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the morning staff didn't greet you or see if you needed anything unless you specifically got their attention. Then it felt like you were bothering them.

The cleanliness, excellent staff, great breakfast.

On the first night my husband got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and got locked in. I had to pass a butter knife through the door so he could get out and no one was here to help except the lady at the front desk and she couldn't leave the desk thankfully he got out with a butter knife but I think that the housekeeper could have clearly seen that the latch was broken and could have told maintenance before we arrived and a metal light fixture was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen that shouldn't have been and could have fallen and hit somebody in the head. There was also only 1 elevator for 1/2 our stay and the other half there was none...
