- The location!!
- Everything was very nice.
- The rooms nice and clean, the room service was great.
Cons -
- It?s a beautiful hotel but some updating would be good, not to change it, keep it the same but you can tell the bones are tired. Lobby coffee was good and so very thankful they offer it but needs to be hotter.
- I made reservations for three rooms, with two rooms be connecting. I was charged for three rooms. But when I checked in the hotel didn't have two connecting rooms, so one room was canceled, I paid for three rooms, used two, no refund for third room
