- I was blocked from parking at room #11 because two cars parked in the area with the NO PARKING signs. They even backed into the space, so they MUST have seen the signs (and ignored them). I ended up parking next the the garbage dumpster...ugh!
- Direct TV wouldn't read in one room, but I didn't use it so it wasn't a big deal.
- Clean but run down. AC would not stay on- very frustrating. Water at sink had bad scent- from shower had no scent. Bed was uncomfortable. Hardly slept that night.

Nothing special
Staff closes hotel at 7pm on a Saturday night with no 24 hour staff at a hotel. Very poor service, would not recommend to anyone that might possibly have a life.

The owner was great; the room was clean; the location was perfect. Only 1.5 hours from Arches National Monument.
The beds were too soft - no lumbar support. Great for young folks (like my teenage son), but tough on those with back problems.
