The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good location for our purposes.

There is nothing they can do about this, but the entrance to the hotel is hard to find for people picking you up, including rideshare drivers.

The location was good distance from anything, nice and clean. Quiet room, we asked for more coffee and that was not a problem. Felt space there.

Great location, very convenient as I was attending a conference at the convention center which was an easy walk. Central for public transportation as we did not have a car.Space was nice. Good clean room with a nice bed and shower. Desk was helpful to do computer work. Love having a kitchenette (full fridge/microwave/sink/stove/dishwasher). Also enjoyed the pool/hot tub and included breakfast every morning!

Just a couple small things that could be improved:1) Bigger kitchen trash bin in the room! The small one filled up so quickly and we didn't necessarily want our room cleaned every day, just more room for our trash! 2) Kitchen essentials should be included (like hand soap/dish soap for the kitchen sink, plates and utensils, maybe a pot and pan). We asked the front desk for hand/dish soap (to wash our hands as well as our baby bottles) about 3x and never got it after they said they'd send some up to our room -- just kept getting more dishwasher packets. And we had to ask housekeeping staff for plates and utensils. Would be great to have all those essentials right away, and not chase them down.3) The pool was a great perk but so cold!

All was well. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel itself is fine, just not a top echelon place to stay. Perfect for the one-nighter which was our stay.

Hard to say. It was overall fine for just a one night stay. Perhaps better bedding.

It's in a good location, in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The best part is the breakfast buffet every morning.

There are very small rooms and no private parking. You have to pay separately for it. A point in favor: the hotel customer can use the parking lot just in front of the hotel.

Room should have been ready at 3 had to go get lunch came back room was still not ready had to go up and talk to a different desk worker to get my room And had to to pay for parking every 2 hours cause they have no parking or pay $30 a day at the public parking next to them

The Breakfast was decent, they had eggs,chicken sausage and bagels. The staff was friendly and helpful. They printed out my Plane boarding pass for me.

The coffee maker was complex and did not work. The TV channels were hard to turn. The price was too high, The lodging was a little too far from Central Downtown Denver.

Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Good workout room. Pool and a jacuzzi, too. The kitchenette was stocked well and also had a dishwasher!
