Extended Stay America Select Suites - Denver - Aurora South

I couldn’t check in for 3hrs and then I had to rebook the room for the next day and pay an early check in fee. Very upset

It was quiet with not much traffic at the hotel.

The room was not cleaned before my stay. The floor had a lot of durt on it and on the beds to the point that I had to cover the beds with my own blankets. There was also roaches, termites and flys in the room daily. The shower barely ran hot water

The room had cockroaches. The toilet water washed across the floor when flushed. The room had clearly been smoked in. The room next door had several rotten bananas in front of it. The front desk did nothing to help. It was egregriously terrible.

Was not friendly at all booked a room the site said all fees got there they wanted me to pay more of a deposit and told me I couldn?t check in with them without it and would not be refunding my money

Toilet wouldn?t flush. Door looked like it had been kicked in before. Facility and furnishings are in poor condition. No utensils or cookware is provided. A simple refundable deposit would prevent theft. A kitchen is useless without cook or eat ware.

No kitchen utensils. No refill on toilet paper or fresh linens after a week stay. Would not change rooms because of domestic disturbances. Got pinkeye from the linens. Left sick and unrested

The location is AMAZING! Close to shopping and convenience, 50ft away from the lightrail. Staff is good about not going in my room when im away. There is pleanty of area for my service animal to ptty and they keep the poo bags stocked regularly.

The room needs maintance, lights out and leaky faucets. There is a cockaroach infestation. They allow homless people hang out in the stairwells.

The room had a smell in it, the toilet did not work. And the worst part if it all was after dark. There must of been ?zombies? outside the yelling and screaming was unbearable. I left with two nights still paid for i did not use. VERY DISAPPOINTING

They didn?t give us a hard time about cancelling our reservation.

Very sketchy area and lots of homeless hanging within hotel property, including under the stairs going to our room. Homeless Woman possessed a knife at the entrance of our stair access.

This room had dirty sheets and hair on the wash cloth. Not an enjoyable stay. The smell from the smoking was terrible.

The front desk worker was polite and got me checked in quickly. The location was close to the Passport office, but I would choose one of the many other hotels nearby if I ever needed to use the office again in the future.

The hotel was generally dirty and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was *very* loud and leaked on the carpet. The kitchen floor was sticky from other people's spilled food, and the bathroom had other people's hair in the tub.

Location, refrigerator, mattress and microwave. I did not like that long term residents were loud at night and smoked and hotel staff were not available.

There was no spa, coffee, tea or muffins as listed in the amenities description. There was not a fully stocked kitchen but rather you had to pay $20 for cookware and $40 for dinnerware and the office opened late in morning and closed early on weekends.

Location met my needs.

Toilet needed three flush to evacuate. No coffee pot. Have to pay extra for kitchen stuff.

Sheets were dirty. Room smelled old. Not enough pillows. No soap or bath towels. First and last time choosing anything in this area.

TV did not work and was not repaired before we checked out outlets in room wore out and would not stay plugged in

(All negative) Everything was falling apart. The only good part of the whole stay was that my family was not in the cold. I have all small kids (7,4,2, 11 months) and I am pregnant. Our room was leaking for 3 days.They lied to us over and over

We was told by the attendees that we would get comped for the inconvenience if we could not be moved. We was never moved and when the manager got there she said no one should have told us that. We paid --- for 4 nights and they wouldn¿t refund us.

The best part of this hotel was leaving, will never return or recommend

Room had roaches, management was pathetic, was threatened to have vehicle towed. People in parking lot smoking drugs right out in the open. If I could I'd give it 0 stars go elsewhere

Not happy at all that I have to sleep in my car now because rent is so expensive I can't afford to rent a motel every night
