Staff was rude Door security lock broken Sidewalks filthy with dog poop both days Desk lamp didn't work No housekeeping or clean towels 2nd day Awful breakfast and coffee kept running out

Nothing at all but he might I arrive I was called cop a couple times in the parking lot by the guys that were obviously selling drugs in the parking lot. Then it got worse from there I requested a refund or transfer the minute I arrived and was told many

They would not give me a refund and let me cancel the remaining days after the showing above me - the police raid where they knocked in a door with the battering ram or after the tweezers on tape breaking car windows.

Nothing! The lights, phone and alarm clock all did NOT work. Halls were dirty and room smelled like smoke.

Yes! Lights did not turn on, alarm clock and phone was dead. Room smelled like smoke.

It did NOT feel safe for a female on her own or with children. Lots of late night activity and someone even tried to come in my room.

Bad location; too many questionable people in the parking lot; litter; trash; did not feel safe.

Nothing at worst stay I have ever had!!

Too many homeless they come eat all food and drinks so paying customers don’t get to eat day after snow and stairs still have snow and ice on them!! Woke up at 4am this morning because of homeless fighting!!

There are rats everywhere in the parking lot. Black ants to the point I cleaned the bathroom 2 towels covered in ants. Washcloth was brown after washing the bathtub. First room tv didn’t work no coffee machine no refrigerator, no microwave,

The room, the dirtiness, the location, the smell, the old furniture, the sketchy people, the disgusting breakfast, the dirty and unusable pool, the microwave didn’t work, there was only one towel, a man pooped on the aidewalk, very limited elevator access

Upcharge for non working fridge. Long time for check in. Housekeeping never came once to clean room

Spent over half an hour looking for ice which turns out every single one of their ice machines is out of order that's freaking ridiculous, also I couldn't get the damn TV on and the AC didn't work I wish I could get my money back

The parking was easy.

The first day I checked in, I was put in a room that smelled horribly (like pee). My daughter checked into this same hotel a few days later, and the room smelled like urine &the bathtub was filled with water. The sheets were not changed and had hair.

Last time on side away from highway.?. This time much closer to highway noise .?. I know where to ask for next time

We had another guest start pounding on our door at 11 3 4 am. Told the front I did not feel safe and they did nothing they told me there was no one in the rooms next to me but when I was out packing my car to leave at 7am people come out

Staying, getting trapped in room because door was jammed shut Getting new room with broken heater with below freezing temperatures. Microwave hardly worked. Gave up with staff after how i was laughed at by inn keeper about getting locked in first room.

Had to move rooms because the tv was broken. In the new room the toilet clogged up
