- The character of this old mansion I love this place definitely will return
- The rooms had so much character and charm and had great accessories and was very clean. There were some signs of wear and tear. The window in the room I stayed in would not close so we heard the street traffic all night. The bed was comfortable.

- Did not receive code to access building/room, homeless were crowding the entry to the hotel, person upstairs was making noise all night long, in a sketchy part of Denver.
- Aside from the constant street noise, furnace making banging noises, the loudest floors in existence. The side room had a window that was cracked and the handle was broken off, the room was FREEZING. There¿s basically no locks on any of the doors.
