It was close to stores and restaurants.

Full of cockroaches and bugs. We mentioned to staff and they were rude and did not care. Dead bugs in the room. Kitchen wasn't super clean. Red stains in the carpet.

There were illicit drugs being manufactured and consumed to the point we got contact high in the hallways. There were roaches and bed bugs I absolutely want a refund after staying in this disgusting, unsafe place

I could not stay there.

I did not stay there due to their issue with black mold. 2/3 of the floors were closed to public and the windows were all open on a 90 degree day.

The lobby smelled like marijuana. The receptionist didn't look up or greet me when I walked in the door. She didn't acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes. The other person behind the desk looked like he had been drunk or high for days

Mattress, poor It was supposed to be cleaned after a poor guest, but doors, walls and tub were still soiled. Guests are told to take their trash to a trash can in the hall on a lower floor or the dumpster out back.

The mice, the bugs, the lack of cleanliness, the fire alarm going off multiple times a day hurting my dogs ears, the smell of drugs and cigarettes as you walked up the hallway, the unprofessional staff

Staff was friendly and accommodating

I had to kill a mouse running on my floor. This caused me to pack all my stuff in my room and have to move into another room, which was just basically a hassle unless the loss of the day I could not leave the hotel area because of this that day too much

Couldn¿t cool down room with thermostat. It stayed 78 degrees in there the whole night.

It needs some remodeling and I didn't like the stains on the curtains and the smell of the hallway. It smelled really bad and I even had my mask on. I don't think I will stay there again.

There was a door in my room that connected to the room next to me and you could hear them playing music kinda loud, but other than that I had a great experience!

1 out of 5 nights I booked and pre-paid for:room was cleaned partially; yes they cleaned 1/2 my room only 1 time poorly . I decided to staying only 4 nights instead. Staff who's taking care of breakfast acted like I was not allowed to eat there(?)
