Rooms were nice and clean. Comfy beds and bathtub. Great value.

The front desk was so sweet and kind! She helped us find rooms that better fit our group.

The breakfast didn't have as much variety in foods as typical hot breakfasts at other hotels.

The elevator was dirty and very small. Room looked like it could have used a deep cleaning. Pillows were lumpy. Breakfast choices were limited. Had chicken nuggets, there was no egg options. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious as well.

I would only suggest more vegan options for breakfast. Possibly another milk option. My options were limited, but at least they were yummy.

I did not like the state of the hotel...it could have been cleaner. The elevator was sketchy and breakfast was late and not to my liking. Serving frozen chicken nuggets is not my idea of breakfast. The price was good...you get what you pay for.

Clean rooms

The staff was very rude. They chose not to extend my stay because they said I brought homeless people to my room which their exact words were you brought nastiness to our hotel and we are not going to extend. This was after we had been there almost 3 week

There was limited food for breakfast. The room was not cleaned appropriately and there was some hair in the shower.

The price! The quality was far beyond the price range. Staff's courtesy was excellent!

Only thing that stands out was the broken tile in the elevator.

The hotel was spotless from the lobby to the halls to the room! Also, the bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Just the staff and location

The breakfast was super cold and the omelets were leathery and blend. The bed was not comfortable. The shower had mold and hair in various spots and the tub itself needed a Caulking.

I was pleased with my selection. Older hotel, so expected to be a bit rundown but didn't make affect my stay. Breakfast items were offered and always available.

My only issue, on my last day I was standing in the bathroom getting ready and the maid opened the door. Check out isn't until 11am, and this was at 10. I did mention to the front desk and she said she would talk to the maid (new employee).

Everything was well organized. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than ample and clean. Toilet under rim could be cleaner.

Yes, when I am booking a hotel room and I arrive at the hotel expecting to relax in the swimming pool or hot tub and then at check-in find out pool is closed for maintenance, I feel that the hotel should refund some money to us as costumers!
