Pros +

• The price was the only thing to like
• The price is reasonable, but the room has a strong smell that doesn’t go away, even when we leave the door open to air it out. We also had issues with the front desk — I accidentally left my game there and they took a long time to return it, making things more complicated than they needed to be. On top of that, there are constantly strange people walking around the hotel, which makes it feel unsafe. The location is good, but overall, the experience was disappointing. Also, Booking.com should show more respect for people who make reservations. My friend booked a room, and when he arrived, the reservation simply didn’t exist. That’s unacceptable.

Cons -

• Our room was dirty , straws , bottle caps and dirty floors. The seams between the floors were coming apart and the shower just barely worked. It's right next to a freeway with not very good sound dampening.. Meth heads in the parking lot , just not a well maintained facility.
• I also didn’t appreciate the way I was treated over the phone when I called about a valuable item I had forgotten in the room. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
