No coffee machine in room

Location is perfect and the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfy and clean. For the price per night, it's excellent value for room size and modernity. The staff are incredibly lovely and handled an issue on Booking.com's side that posed an issue at the end of our stay.

Nothing, great experience

The location was great. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The pillows were the perfect comfort. The room was super clean. We really liked the pressure of the shower. The staff was really nice and very helpful. There is not a parking lot, but there’s parking around the hotel. And it was quite easy for us to get a place to park. They do have a garage that you can pay an additional $15 to stay in. We were going to do that, but we found it was not necessary.

The room was quite basic. The very tiny refrigerator was full of alcohol and no room to put our stuff. It did not have a little freezer, either. They did not have a continental breakfast, which I knew ahead of time so I brought my breakfast burritos. Come to fine out, there are not microwaves in the room; however, there was one dirty one in the lobby. There was a tea kettle, which was nice but where they had the tea and coffee set up, there was not an outlet. When I poured the hot water for my tea, it leaked. The windows did not provide much sound proofing and the people outside were very loud and would wake us up.

Room was very comfortable. Mini bar options were stellar! Great location, so much within walking distance. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and lounge.

Great place to stay in a great location outside of downtown. Liked that there's a coffee place with food downstairs that opens at 6.30am

Great location quiet room

Bed was a bit under par/ no pool/ no breakfast/

My first (and brief) visit to Denver. This is in a former industrial area being redeveloped with multiple new buildings. The immediate area doesn't have a cozy, pedestrian feel but what was great is it is a three minute walk to the train which takes five minutes to get to Union Station and a fairly hopping downtown. I also understand that this is an up and coming Arts area, but I didn't have time to explore.Staff were welcoming and helpful. The place has a new, somewhat modern vibe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The price was very reasonable, so the five minute train ride downtown (where hotels are much more expensive) was well worth it. I would be happy to return in the future to explore the area in more depth.The bed lights were cool and unique. They literally fold into the bed board and turn on when you fold it down and you could adjust where to aim them.

The entire room lighting - except bathroom and bed light are controlled by a single switch at the door so you don't have the ability to adjust one area on/off or bright/dim. An irritant but pretty small complaint, overall!

Front Desk staff were fantastic and super helpful. Room was great, clean - most important and I found the bed to be comfy. The Arts District was good walking distance.. all good thanks Ladies.

Good area, nice hotel

The bed was broken and the mattress was sunk to the floor and wouldn’t let us switch rooms even though it was broken upon our arrival
