Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The night lights next to the beds. They would increase brightness when you got up. This annoyed people you are sharing the room with.

The room was clean

Staff are charming, particularly welcoming. Jake is an awesome person.

New and clean rooms. Perfect located in downtown.

Rooftop was open but no bar service.

Ease to get to the train station. Room was very comfortable.

The service for our meail was a bit spotty. Promised silverware, had to remind. Offered a glass for beer. Failed to deliver.

Perfect hotel for my business trip. Had all the amenities I needed, was super clean and quite comfortable. I also loved the fitness center - seemed better appointed than most hotel gyms!

Beds were decently comfortable but not as comfortable as I would have liked. Overall though this was a very positive stay.

Nice modern hotel close to Union Station. Price was quite reasonable (we actually switched our reservation to this hotel because it was cheaper than the hotel across the street we had originally booked). We only stayed one night before departing on the train but this hotel was great. We ate a light dinner at the hotel bar and the server was friendly and attentive. There weren't many other customers but the bar seemed to have a nice vibe. Room itself was clean and comfortable.

I can't think of any faults.

Good location, cozy room and comfy bed. Much cheaper than other hotels.
