Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs

The breakfast was good, cooks are nice. However if the bacon / sausage or fruit is gone they won’t replenish it so you have to get to breakfast early. They had a bunch of families and young kids there for a sports event. Food went fast. I also enjoyed the area to lay out in the sun. I also like the location super easy to come and go.

When I arrived I sat in the lobby for over 5 min waiting on a staff member to come check me in. The lady was in the back room. The elevator next to the front dest is slow as molasses. The tub in my bathroom drained slow so the water was at my feet and I hate that. Especially being in a hotel.

Very nice! Clean rooms, spacious. Excellent breakfast. The pillows were too flat but everything else was great!

Location was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with multiple food options. The room was large and nicely furnished

First impressions were that the property was due for an upgrade. There were problems with the elevators not working properly

Good location, nice large rooms, I liked that the restroom was in a different area, separated in a different room. Breakfast was excellent.

Only one elevator in the property that was working.

We loved the buffet breakfast and the complimentary drinks! The staff was very polite and friendly. The common area was a great place to hang out in our free time while enjoying a few drinks.
