Nice gym and lobby area, light breakfast, convenience food available, friendly staff

The room was as expected as far as layout and style and had been renovated in the recent past. The size of the room was generous and easily accommodated our bicycles which we stored inside. All amenities were as reported on the website, but we did not use many of them (gym, Yoga room, conference room) but would have been more than adequate to meet our needs if we had needed them. The room rate was very affordable and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider this hotel again.

The room cleanliness was less than expected. The rooms have obviously been updated but are not kept up with (chips in paint on wall, dirty air coming out of hair vent and staining the ceiling). The bathroom had a mildew smell that was coming from either the sink or the tub and infused throughout the rest of the room. The sheets smelled clean but had some light stains on them, making it difficult to tell if they had been changed or not. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the room rather than at the common eating area.

The lobby, pool area, and gym are awesome. We had our toddler with us and opted to stay in and order food a couple nights and she could play, run around and eat in the lobby and we could even enjoy a drink. There are several games set up along with a pool table and painting station which we loved. Great space for big families or groups. The facilities are a bit dated; but the value for what we paid was great as we got a great deal. The rooms were updated nicely and the staff was very nice and worked hard to resolve any minor issues.

Close to highway so a bit loud in that sense.

good location, close to some trails, large rooms, location relatively quiet despite 1 freeway, looks more than a motel, looks a bit rustic, craftsman style, The pool was ok, unfortunately the water was dirty

No breakfast, the water pressure was far too low, the pool was quite dirty, a bit of paint was missing everywhere. the way to the rooms in the main building was dark and dirty.

Good location close to the highway and airport.

There was no blanket, only two sheets. Maybe i could understand if it was the summer, but it was in the middle of winter during a snowstorm. Also, the water pressure was terrible and my bathtub was dirty.

The staff was particular friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient. The breakfast good and had some excellent healthy options. The gym facilities were a lot more than I expected for a hotel gym which was a pleasant surprise.

The liquid soap was empty when I checked in and was not refilled after the work was cleaned.Also, some of the utensils wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly, and the only main issue is I checked out on the 6th of November 2024 and as of today 27th November 2024 and deposit hold on my credit is yet to be cleared.

Staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking

Finding bugs in the room and bed on the first night, the air con not working on the 2nd night. Breakfast was really poor.

Its modern style was appreciated, and the room was very clean. I appreciate their mission to be “green” and helpful to the planet! Lots of amenities as well!

Our key card didn’t work the first time and we were on the second floor and at the far back end of the property so we had to haul everything back down the stairs and repack it in the car and then drive all the way to the office and get a new card, then drive back and lug our stuff all the way back up to the second floor again…not exactly a pleasant start for our arrival at 11:30pm. Not something that can be fixed, but would be very inconvenient if you are handicap.
