It was quiet. Good location

My mattress needed to be replaced. Was a little worn. Couch as well

The suite was amazing. Very comfortable and spacious for the whole family. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made my stay very welcoming

The hotel had a great location, and there were lots of stores and restaurants around for my family to visit. The property was very clean and had a great layout. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and pleasant and we had no issues at all.

From the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping , everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is great, too .

The screaming kids at 7am in the morning, running thru the hallway and courtyard outside your room ( when your on ground level ) The smashing door connecting the hallway with the courtyard. Room 023 is right next to that door ... it's basically 24/7 bam boom bam ... Especially when your neighbor has a dog that needs to do his " business " at 5am / 7am / 9am etc etc etc .I'd give the hotel a 10 otherwise .Pro tip ; Fix the door . Place some posters left and right to point out to the parents ! That there are other people in the hotel that try to sleep. It's a hotel !!

Spacious rooms

We booked a Mountain View room. Were given a mountain facing room in the basement. We could not open the windows owing to guest continuously outside. We were a group of 19 people and stayed for 5 days. We requested to be shifted up for two consecutive days. We were told repeatedly they would try but it wasn’t done. Highly disappointed to face this at our annual holiday. Never again and don’t recommend

The staff was amazing. Clean, great rooms, good beds. And was very quiet!

Wish there was better parking.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice modern fixtures and amenities. The free breakfast had a good variety of items.

The walls are thin, but that is pretty typical of hotels.

The hot tub was broken, but no one told us, so we found out the hard way.

Awesome location and nice hotel.

The pool wasn’t heated, which wasn’t the worst but having a toddler with autism, kinda made it hard transitioning him from the pool to a bath tub cause the pool was freezing
