Hyatt Place Colorado Springs Downtown

Great stop off hotel for us heading back to Denver. Really clean and comfortable hotel and room. Lovely views looking out to the mountains. Valet parking was handy although other options nearby. Breakfast had some really nice choices.

Being opposite the bus station, there were a few interesting characters at night when you walked to the bars but hotel is super safe and secure

It was extremely clean with nice spacious rooms. Also perfect location downtown.

I wish the bar had more options than beer and wine.

Beautiful hotel in a great location downtown. I felt very safe with the locked access. Lobby was modern and cool.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Lots of options for breakfast. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The there is not a designated parking garage or parking lot for the hotel. Valet takes the vehicles to a public parking lot behind the building and it didn’t feel secure.

The room was spacious very clean. The lobby area was lovely, but just no Life didn’t feel comfortable in the area security on the front door which I felt was needed. because of the area.

The location was great. It was clean. The room was clean.

When we first got there the lady was rude. She didn’t explain where the room was or that I had to scan the key card in order to use the elevator. I stood there trying to figure out why the elevator wouldn’t go to my floor until someone else who was staying there scanned their key card and said he couldn’t figure it out when they got there either. When we got to the room the tv wouldn’t turn on. I went back down to inform them that we were having issues with the tv and the same lady couldn’t care less. They never came to check the tv. We stayed 4 days. The valet parking was over priced. We paid over the 4 days to park in the public parking across the street for less than it was to park 1 night with the valet. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I don’t know what kind of mattress they use but it felt like an old spring mattress. We woke up so tired and sore every morning.

Wonderful pillows and towels. Cold fridge. Strong wifi. Mostly clean room. Easy driving to my mom’s early morning appointments at uc health memorial

The blinds were really dirty and torn. This was the wheel chair room. It would have been nice to have a microwave in there as my mom cant go to the lobby where to common microwave is, so it kind of is disability unfriendly. One of the parking staff didn’t know who to start a prius with a fob so i had to drive it off the ramp myself. The other guys were great tho. My mom loved the softness of the bed; i thought i was going to drown and ended up sleeping on the sofa which was really for me
